What Do You Really Want for Your Children?

Creating What You Really Want for Yourself

and Your Children

Whether you are a dedicated parent or a passionate teacher in search of kind and firm tools to bring more joy and cooperation into your relationships… I invite you to explore and investigate Positive Discipline Workshops.

Positive Discipline Workshops support parents and teachers in learning behaviors and strategies that grow and nurture intrinsic motivation and significant life skills in children.  The carrot and the stick work seldom and truly, only for the short term.  Being aware of the long-term characteristics we want our children to own, such as these:

  • “I am capable.”
  • “I contribute in meaningful ways.”
  • “I am genuinely needed.”
  • “I can influence what happens to me.”

creates a clear destination.  Thus. all of our interactions with our children are small steps either getting us off track and lost or consistently heading us towards our purposeful destination.

Raising kids using positive discipline helps our kids become responsible, respectful, and resourceful people. The positive discipline program teaches critical life and social skills to kids and parents.
